chipotle in adobo

handful fresh cilantro
about 1/4 cup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl or blender.
Blend with an immersion blender, regular blender, or food processor until desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
Notes
Lasts about 5 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
Add jalapeño or serrano for more spice.
Double the recipe for a larger group.
